The following may determine the you are not suitable to have Eyelash Extensions:
- Allergic/sensitive to adhesives, glues, tapes, band aids, etc.
- Chemotherapy Treatments within the last 6 months.
- Eye surgery less than 6 months.
- Extremely oily skin or hair (extensions won’t last as long).
- Pregnancy (especially in 3rd trimester)
- Eye infection/irritation
We take no responsibility if eyelashes are coming off after 48 hours of treatment, for further infills and removals extra fee will apply.

Patch Test
All clients are required to have a New skin test 24hrs before your appointment!
This applies to everyone having a lashes or lash lift / brow tint or lamination
No patch test? no Appointment!!
Refunds Policy
We have a strict no refunds policy if for any reason you are unhappy please contact us during salon hours and we will arrange to rectify any issues for you.
